Dude, its the Windows 2003 Server Edition that will work, and not the normal Windows 2003.
I can guarantee that 2003 Server edition will work anyhow.

Dude, you need to boot with Windows 2003 SERVER edition, then and then only the bypass route to uninxtall Vista will work!

I have found that when it says no discs found that alot of times I'm using the CD in which it says "still requires Lic CD" of some sort in parenthesis. What you want to do is put in one of your full version lic CD (any OS). It will read your company's lic from there and then ask for XP again and then it will install. Hope this helps! 0  out of 1 found this valuable. Do you?
